Shipping and Delivery Policy Al-Mosamem Al-Thahabi Store handles delivery of products within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and we expect your order to arrive within 2 to 7 working days starting from the date of order confirmation via email (depending on your area). As for international shipping to Gulf countries, Egypt, and Jordan, it takes from 5 to 15 working days. Delivery charges are added to product prices and are clearly displayed in Saudi Riyals and US Dollars during the checkout process. In case there is no recipient, the shipping company will hold the shipment for up to approximately 7 days. If delivery cannot be made on the second attempt, the customer may bear additional delivery charges. Delivery days are from Saturday to Thursday (excluding Fridays and official holidays). International shipping: The customer bears all international shipping costs, in addition to any customs fees imposed by the receiving country; Al-Mosamem Al-Thahabi is not responsible for any customs fees. Return and Exchange Policy You can request an exchange or return of products within 7 days from the date of receipt. Note: Products that cannot be exchanged or returned include: modified abayas, headscarves, necklaces, and dresses or inner sets. Conditions for exchange and return: The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Return shipping fees: Shipping fee: The customer bears 18.40 Riyals per shipment. Exchange fee: The customer bears a shipping fee of 18.40 Riyals. Return fee: - If delivery charges were paid at the time of order: the return fee is 36.8 Riyals. - If shipping was free at the time of order: the return fee is 55.2 Riyals (including basic shipping fees). Cases of defects or errors: Al-Mosamem Al-Thahabi bears all shipping costs (sending and returning) in case of a manufacturing defect or order mistake, provided the error is photographed and reported within 48 hours of receipt. Refund Process Once we receive and inspect the product, we will contact you via WhatsApp to inform you of approval or rejection. If approved, the amount will be refunded to your credit card or bank account within 2 to 7 working days (or 7 to 14 working days for Visa and MasterCard transactions). Cash on delivery fees and pre-paid shipping fees are non-refundable.
